Current Practice Schedule
Practices open to the general public are below:

Sundays: 3-5pm--Afternoon of Meditation Practice

3-4pm--Sitting Meditation (25' sitting, 10' slow walking, 25' sitting)
4-5pm--Discussion and Sharing

2-3pm --First Sunday of every month: Mindfulness Trainings Recitation (5 and 14 on alternate months)
